5. Order Placement & Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price
Your order is confirmed only upon receiving an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

7. Returns & Refunds
